How to sign up to the SC&T Youth Camp 2022

Please email youth@scottishculture.org if you have any questions

  • Enrol in the Youth Camp 2022 Course (you will be asked to create a Thinkific account if you haven't used thinkific before - keep these login details somewhere safe)

  • Start the Youth Camp 2022 course and complete the registration questions to book your place. If signing up for more than one child for the Youth camp, please include all details on the same registration form.

  • If you would like to take part in the residential, please sign up to and pay for the 'Residential' Course on thinkific. Please start the course and complete the registration questions to book your place.

Want to be part of a new, fun and exciting Scottish Traditional Youth music group and be able to perform at Festivals around Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire this summer and beyond?  


❗️Block of 5 weekly classes starting May 24th

❗️Tuesdays 6:30pm - 8pm

❗️MacRobert Building, University of Aberdeen

❗️3 groups - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced but all working towards collaborative sets

❗️All abilities welcome

❗️Ages 6-26

❗️An online option to learn the sets independently and join in for performances 

❗️£2 per class in person (£10 in total) or £5 in total for online participants

  • How much does the SC&T Youth Summer Sessions Cost?

    The SC&T Youth Weekly classes cost £10 for the whole term (this works out as £2per class!) If you are unable to pay this but would love to be involved, please get in touch at youth@scottishculture.org.   • Why does my course have lots of lessons?

    There are currently 3 Welcome and Registration lessons to complete before the start of term. And more lessons for each week of term. More will be added as the term goes on by your tutor.

  • I've already taken part in the SC&T Youth weekly classes before, can I take part again?

    Yes, absolutely! Our tutors will be teaching new material each term.
