  • Enrol in the Youth Camp 2022 Course (you will be asked to create a Thinkific account if you haven't used thinkific before - keep these login details somewhere safe)

  • Start the Youth Camp 2022 course and complete the registration questions to book your place.

  • If you would like to take part in the residential, please sign up to and pay for the 'Residential' Course on thinkific. Please start the course and complete the registration questions to book your place.

SC&T Youth Camp Overview

Where: Aberdeen University - The MacRobert Building, King St, Aberdeen AB24 3FX

When: Monday 11th July - Friday 15th July 2022, 10am - 3:30pm daily (9:45am start for Monday Registration)

 

What should I bring to the Youth Camp?
  • Please bring a packed lunch for every day. 

  • A Water Bottle which can be filled up in the building.

  • Your instrument(s) if you have.

Totally beginner - Have never played this instrument.

Beginner - Have only been playing for a short time.  

Intermediate - Have been playing for a wee while and can play some tunes confidently.

Advanced - Can play and learn tunes competently.

* Instruments for all beginner level classes can be provided. If you have an instrument of your own, please bring it along and label the case clearly. 


Residential

If you are aged 11-17 years old, you have the option to stay residentially for the duration of the Youth Camp at Hillhead halls of Residence.  This costs £210 for the 5 days which includes 4 nights of accommodation with breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner each day. If you would like to stay residentially, please firstly sign up to the main Youth Camp and THEN sign up to the residential course on Thinkific to book and pay for your place - https://scatyouth.thinkific.com/  There are a limited number of spaces available so book now to avoid disappointment!
